- As we get ready for Avatar: Fire and Ash later this year, fans of the franchise can revisit the previous entry at theaters everywhere, when Avatar: The Way of Water arrives in theaters for a limited-engagement in October.
- Set to last for only one week, fans of the sequel to the smash hit can see Avatar: The Way of Water on the big screen once again starting on October 3rd, 2025.
- Fans can also see the film in 3D during the limited-time run in the cinemas next month.
- Originally released back in 2022, Avatar: The Way of Water received mostly positive reviews, with lots of praise given to its visual effects.
- The film picks up more than a decade after the first Avatar, following Jake and Neytiri as they build a family and seek refuge with the ocean-dwelling Metkayina clan of Pandora.
- This release of Avatar: The Way of Water comes shortly before the debut of the highly-anticipated third entry in the Avatar series, Avatar: Fire and Ash.
- With the new movie, director James Cameron takes audiences back to Pandora for a new adventure with Marine-turned-Na’vi leader, Jake Sully, and Na’vi warrior Neytiri, and their family. Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, and others will be returning to reprise their roles.
