Cali-Caribbean food truck The Tropic Truck will be parked at Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District throughout the month of March.
What’s Happening:
- The Tropic Truck is currently making a pit stop at Disneyland Resort.
- Announced on Instagram by the mobile eatery, The Tropic Truck will be stationed near the Disneyland Hotel in the Downtown Disney shopping district.
- Started in the Fall of 2015, husband and wife Nelson and Lauren decided to combine their culinary skills and cultural heritage to create a delicious menu fusing Southern Floridan Caribbean flavors with traditional Central American recipes.
- Open daily from 12PM to 11PM, guests visiting the resort from now until March 31st can enjoy their selection of fries, nachos, tacos, burritos, melts, lobster, bowls, salads, and quesadillas.
